Katie is the mother of 4 young daughters and lives in Kaysville, UT with her husband and a menagerie of critters. She is also a foster mother to an unaccompanied refugee minor from Honduras. She believes that telling our stories connects us in ways that nothing else can. She loves to cook and garden. She grew up near Baltimore, MD and longs to share the beauty of diversity in religion, race and culture that she experienced there with others around her. She is passionate about sharing that the more we get outside of the familiar to us, the more we can learn and grow from others.
