Phoebe is a journalist who has spent much of her career living abroad. Now based in Paris, she has enjoyed stints far away from her native London, in Central Africa, Russia and Germany. Much of her reporting work has been centred around Europe’s migrant crisis. Phoebe wanted to dig deeper into the stories of the refugees reaching Europe, which led her to TSOS!
