David received his BA in Broadcast Communications from Brigham Young University and his MA in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia. He spent the initial 32 years of his career in film and video production, including a 19-year stint managing his own production company. The last 19 years of his career was spent with Caterpillar Inc., where he retired as the Manager of Creative Services.
