LSSNCA hosts Freshta Taeb to share specific cultural information about Afghanistan and our Afghan neighbors

Lutheran Social Services National Capital Area (LSSNCA) is partnering with KAMA DC to provide the event Cultural Competency - Welcoming Afghan Immigrants to the DMV. This event will be presented by Freshta Taeb. We are excited to have her provide training for the wider community. Hameed will also be speaking briefly about the services of LSS to resettle Afghans, the importance of the community partnerships to resettlement, and how people can be involved through LSS.
